Automated messaging via SMS, MMS, email, social platforms (Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), and other digital channels.
By providing your contact information (e.g., phone number or email) to Ikonitize, you expressly consent to receive communications from us, including automated, prerecorded, or AI-generated messages and calls made using artificial or prerecorded voices, text, or chatbots, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws.
You agree that such consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided (see Section 13).
Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for research, analytics, or service improvement.
4. How We Protect Information
We employ appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

14. Chat Widgets and Conversational AI
Our Platform may include chat widgets, voice assistants, or other conversational interfaces powered by AI.
Messages sent through these tools may be logged and analyzed to improve system accuracy, train AI models, or enhance user experience.
By interacting with these features, you consent to this processing.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at ikonitize.com/privacy-policy.
